// PROCESS

Usually 2–4 weeks,
testing as we build, selling sooner.

Product-testing stores have fewer pages and can be ready in about 2 weeks; brand stores need fuller design and usually take 3–4 weeks. The exact timeline is set out in the proposal.

  1. Week 1Planning

Confirm categories, target markets and store structure, and set the style direction.

  2. Weeks 1–2Design & build

Design and build the homepage, product pages and collection pages, with 2–3 rounds of revisions.

  3. Weeks 2–3Products & setup

Product import, campaign rules, payments, shipping and pixel setup.

  4. Weeks 3–4Test & launch

Real test orders, then launch once key events are confirmed to be reporting correctly.

  5. After launchTraining & support

Admin training. For 30 days after launch, we fix defects within the delivered scope for free; new requests are scoped separately.

Questions about
Shoplazza builds.

Don’t see your question? Leave us a message below. We reply within 1 business day.

How is Shoplazza different from Shopify?

Both are SaaS platforms, so neither requires you to maintain servers. Shoplazza stands out for its easy-to-use admin and hands-on support, so operations teams get up to speed quickly and communication is easy; Shopify has a larger app ecosystem and more users worldwide. We build on both and recommend one based on your team and business.

How much does Shoplazza cost per month?

The main costs are the platform plan fee, some paid apps or themes, and payment processing fees. Pricing is listed on Shoplazza’s website, and our proposal includes an estimated monthly cost based on your needs.

Can a test store and a brand store be the same shop?

They can, but we usually don’t recommend it. A test store is about fast launches and a broad product mix, while a brand store needs a consistent look and positioning. A common approach is to find a best-seller with the test store, then build a separate brand store.

Can I add products and edit pages myself after launch?

Yes. The Shoplazza admin is easy to use, and adding products, changing prices, creating collections and setting up discounts are all straightforward. At handover we run a training session and leave instructions for common tasks.

Can you migrate my store from Shopify or another platform to Shoplazza?

Yes. Products, collections and images can usually be migrated, and we take care of redirects and ad pixels to keep the impact on your campaigns to a minimum.

I’m opening several stores. Can I reuse the setup?

Yes. We package the theme design, collection structure and campaign setup into a template. Each new store starts from it and is adjusted as needed, which is much faster than building from scratch every time.

What’s your relationship with Shoplazza?

We’re an independent website agency that builds and optimizes stores on Shoplazza and other platforms. You sign up for and pay for your platform account and plan directly with Shoplazza.
