01Scope
This policy applies to the website www.piicube.com (the "Website") operated by Piicube ("we" or "us"). It explains how we handle your personal information when you browse the Website or submit an inquiry.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms, such as the official websites of Shopify, WordPress and other website platforms. How those third parties handle your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
02Information we collect
Information you submit
When you contact us through an inquiry form on the Website, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the service you ask about, this may include:
- Your name and email address (used to reply to your inquiry; required fields are marked on the form)
- Your business type, the services you need, and the website platform you prefer or currently use
- The URL of your existing website and a description of your needs
- For brand design inquiries: what needs to be designed and your brand’s current stage
We also record which page you submitted the form from (for example, the "SEO & content" page) so we know which service you are interested in.
Information processed automatically
- IP address: Used only to prevent duplicate submissions and spam. We store it temporarily, in an irreversible form, for about 10 minutes, and never together with your inquiry.
- Server access logs: Like most websites, our server may routinely log access times, page URLs, browser types and IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.
We will never ask you to provide sensitive personal information, such as ID or bank card numbers, through the Website. Please do not include this kind of information in your inquiry.
03How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and communicate with you at the email address you provide
- To prepare platform recommendations, service proposals or quotes for you
- Once you agree to work with us, for project communication and to perform our contract
- To keep the Website secure and prevent abuse and spam submissions
We will not use your information for purposes unrelated to those above, for automated decision-making, or to show you third-party advertising.
04Cookies & local storage
The Website currently does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Theme preference: When you switch between light and dark mode, your browser saves this choice locally (it is not sent to us) and applies it on your next visit.
- Website administration: WordPress sets the cookies required for login only when a site administrator signs in to the back office. Regular visitors are not affected.
If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will first update this policy to describe the tools and their purpose.
05Storage & security
The inquiry information you submit is stored in the Website’s back office on the cloud server we use, and the staff responsible for follow-up are notified by email.
- The entire Website uses HTTPS encryption in transit
- Inquiry records are kept private in the back office and can be viewed only by staff who need to follow up on inquiries
- We back up Website data regularly, and backups are likewise used only for internal maintenance
No online environment is completely secure. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will notify you promptly and take remedial measures as required by law.
06Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes. The only exceptions are:
- Where we have your explicit prior consent
- Where necessary to perform services you have engaged us for, such as helping you set up a website platform or payment account with your consent
- Where required by laws and regulations or by judicial or administrative authorities
07Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to reply to and follow up on your inquiry and to perform any resulting engagement. When it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it, we will delete or anonymize it, unless laws or regulations require otherwise.

- Correction and completion: Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Ask us to delete the inquiry information you submitted
- Withdraw consent and opt out of contact: Tell us you no longer wish to be contacted

09Minors
The Website is intended for businesses and merchants, not for minors under the age of 14. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it as soon as possible.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top; for significant changes, we will give more prominent notice.
