Discuss my website project
01

Platform-neutral, with our reasoning in writing

We work with seven leading platforms. Our recommendation depends only on your business model, budget and team, and the proposal spells out why.

02

One project lead from start to finish

The same person owns your project from discovery to handover, with weekly progress updates and a clear point of contact.

03

A formal contract with written scope

Page count, features, revision rounds, timeline and fees all go into the contract. Anything outside the scope is quoted before we start on it.

04

Accounts in your name, full handover of agreed work

Domain, platform and cloud accounts are opened in your name. At handover you receive the agreed admin access, custom code and documentation; licenses for third-party themes, plugins and assets are explained separately.

05

Support after launch

For 30 days after launch, we fix bugs in delivered features for free; new requests are scoped separately. After that, choose pay-per-task or a monthly maintenance plan.
