Don’t see your question? Leave a message below. We reply within 1 business day.

#1024What do I need to provide for store management?Resolved

Admin access, brand assets and product information. Before we start, we review your store together and agree on the first 4 weeks’ plan and how we’ll communicate.

      #1025Do you also run ads?Resolved

Store management covers the store itself. Paid ads is a separate growth service that can run alongside it, with data and pages working together.

      #1026Can you take over a store you didn’t build?Resolved

Yes. Before taking over, we run a store health check and list what needs fixing first, then start weekly management.

      #1027How will I know what you’ve done?Resolved

You can check the shared task board anytime. We send a weekly report, plus a monthly review report with recommendations and a review meeting.

      #1028What’s the minimum commitment?Resolved

We usually recommend at least 3 months, since results take a few cycles to show. The exact term is confirmed in the proposal.

#1029How do holidays and big sales work?Resolved

Before a big sale, we confirm the campaign schedule, support hours and contacts, and arrange on-call coverage as agreed.
