Yes. We work with seven popular platforms: WordPress / WooCommerce, Shopify, Shoplazza, Wix, Shoplus, Shopline and SHOPYY. We aren’t tied to any of them and choose based on your business needs. Which one we recommend depends on your business model, budget and team, and the proposal explains why.

Platforms
Yes. Just choose “Not sure yet” as the platform when you message us. We reply within 1 business day and share initial advice once we understand your needs.
WordPress / WooCommerce is open source and fully under your control, good for organizing content, product catalogs and custom features. It’s often used by B2B manufacturers & exporters who win business through inquiries, and by projects needing deep customization or a combined retail and wholesale store. The final recommendation follows the analysis in your proposal. See WordPress websites.
Yes. We first assess what it takes to migrate your data, pages and links, then confirm the scope, cutover window and rollback plan. See Redesign & migration.
Pricing & process
The quote covers planning, design, development, product uploads up to an agreed quantity, testing and launch, and handover training. Platform subscriptions, paid themes and plugins, hosting and domains, and payment fees are paid directly to third parties; the proposal lists the estimated cost of each.
Mainly the platform, number of pages, level of design customization, product count and data migration, languages and currencies, special features and system integrations, and your launch deadline. After we discuss your needs, we provide a written proposal and quote.
No. Submitting an inquiry through the website, discussing your needs and our initial advice are all free. Review our advice first, and we talk about working together only if it fits.
Six steps: discovery → proposal & quote → design sign-off → development & acceptance → launch & handover → aftercare. You approve each stage before we move to the next. After launch, the agreed deliverables, account access and documentation are handed over against a checklist.
Yes. Page count, features, revision rounds, timeline and fees all go into the contract; any new out-of-scope request is quoted before we start on it.
The timeline depends on pages, features, how ready your materials are and the level of customization. Platform pages show typical examples; the project schedule is final. If requirements change or approvals are delayed, we adjust the plan together.
One project lead works with you throughout: the same person from discovery to launch handover, with progress updates every week. Each project has a dedicated team of a project lead, visual designer, developer and operations consultant.
Design & build
You can start with what you have. We can provide logo and VI design, English copywriting, and product photo retouching and shoots, quoted separately. See Brand & visual design.
Usually 2–3 rounds of consolidated revisions after you choose a direction. The exact number of rounds and how new requests are handled are confirmed in the proposal.
Yes. At the design sign-off stage, we deliver high-fidelity designs of the homepage and key pages, and development starts only after you approve them.
Yes. Deliverables include desktop and mobile layouts. Before launch, we check layout, text, buttons, forms and key actions on the agreed common phone, tablet and desktop sizes.
Before launch, we check page loading, mobile layouts and key business flows, and provide test records. Test pages, devices and network conditions, target metrics and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the project proposal.
Yes. Deliverables include product and business feature setup, plus payments, shipping and tracking (such as Meta, GA4 and TikTok pixels). Specifics are confirmed in the written proposal.
We first separate language content, currency display and checkout requirements, then confirm the approach based on the platform, apps and payment options.
Launch & growth
Yes. At handover, we provide admin training and how-to guides so your team can handle the agreed day-to-day updates.
Accounts are opened in your name and all agreed deliverables are handed over, usually including a staging site, performance and basic SEO check records, account and code transfer, admin training and documentation. Exact quantities and applicable items are confirmed in the written proposal. See Deliverables.
Website quotes don’t include store management or ad campaigns; you can sign up separately for store management, paid ads or email marketing (EDM). Sales depend on your product, pricing, budget and market, so we don’t guarantee revenue, but we do commit to the delivery standards written in the contract.
Sign up separately as needed: Store management, Paid ads, Email marketing (EDM), SEO & content, Hosting & deployment. The scope is set out in the proposal based on your needs.
Aftercare
Domains, platform accounts and cloud accounts are opened in your name. At handover, we transfer the agreed admin access, custom code and documentation; licensing for third-party themes, plugins and assets is explained separately.
For 30 days after launch, we fix defects in delivered features for free; new requests are assessed separately. After that, you can pay per request or choose monthly maintenance covering content updates, plugin upgrades, backups and security monitoring.
Contact your project lead directly to report an issue or request something new. For 30 days after launch, we fix defects in delivered features for free; new requests are assessed separately. After that, fixes are handled per request or monthly.
We can help. Server selection, deployment, CDN acceleration, security, backups and monitoring can all be handled by us; hosting and domain accounts are opened in your name, and the related costs are paid directly to third parties. See Hosting & deployment.
