These terms cover use of the Website only. Any specific services we provide to you, such as website builds, design or store management, are governed by a written contract signed by both parties. If that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails.

The Website describes our services, processes and frequently asked questions. We try to keep this content accurate and up to date, but it is for reference only and does not constitute an offer or a commitment.
- Cases, data, timelines, calculation results and page demos marked "Sample" illustrate types of projects and how we work. They do not represent real client data, nor do they mean your project will achieve the same results.
- Results from interactive tools such as the platform guide and calculators are based solely on your input and are for reference only.
- The features, pricing and policies of each website platform are set by the platform and may change at any time. Please refer to the platform’s official information.
03Inquiries, proposals & quotes
Submitting an inquiry through the Website is free. Depending on whether you need a website build, redesign, design or growth services, we will provide relevant recommendations and a quote. These recommendations and quotes are meant to help you understand and compare options and do not constitute a contract.

04Services & contracts
Once we agree to work together, the scope of services, deliverables, fees, payment terms, project timeline, revision rounds, acceptance criteria and after-sales support will be set out in a written contract signed by both parties. Any additional requirements outside the contract scope will be quoted first and carried out only after you confirm.
05Third-party platforms & fees
Websites we build or manage for you may rely on third-party platforms and services, such as website platforms like Shopify, Shoplazza and Shopline, as well as apps and plugins, payment gateways, shipping services, advertising platforms and servers.
- Subscription fees, app fees, transaction fees, advertising costs and other charges for these platforms are paid by you directly under each platform’s rules, unless the contract states otherwise.
- You must comply with the terms of service of each platform. Platform reviews, policy changes or service interruptions are beyond our control, but we will do our best to help you deal with them.
06Results
Search rankings, ad performance, traffic and sales are affected by many factors, including the market, competition, your products, your budget, and the rules of search engines and advertising platforms. We will carry out the work and report results using the agreed methods and schedule, but we do not guarantee any specific rankings, return on investment or sales.
07Intellectual property
The text, designs, images, code, trademarks and other content on the Website belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without permission, except for browsing and quoting small portions with attribution for personal reference.
Ownership of the websites and designs created for your project is governed by the contract between us. Third-party fonts, images, plugins and other assets are subject to their own license terms.
08Acceptable use
When using the Website, you must not:

- Send spam, advertising or malicious content through our forms
